 1. Does the price include taxes?

No, prices shown in our website don’t include the 19% percent tax, the payment you have to make through our website does not include it, meaning you’ll have to pay it prior to your arrival.

2.Do you accept pets?

No, Aurinko Bungalows does not accept pets, please consider this before making a reservation

3. What is your cancelation policy?

The deposit is mainly non-refundable. However, you can use the deposit for your next booking here with us. Alternatively, if we can rebook the cancelled days, we can refund 80% of the deposit.

4.All bungalows have a terrace?

Six of our accommodations have an outdoor area, except our “Standard bungalow” which all it’s furniture is indoor

5.Do you provide shuttle?

We do not provide shuttle, however, you can take a taxi or the bus from Puerto Vallarta Airport

7.Do you have an elevator?

Unfortunately we do not have an elavator or bellboy service for accommodations in upper floors, the only way is using the stairs

8. Is your reception open 24/7?/ Is there a curfew?

24/7 reception is not available, we provide our guests with the proper information prior their arrival, meanining that all our guests can check in and access the hotel anytime after 3:00 pm using the information that we provide after a reservation is confirmed. There is no curfew at the property, you will be provide with all the information you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. :)

9. What time is check in- Check out?

Check in time is at 3 pm and check out time is at 11:00 am, guests have to leave the room at the stablished check out time

10. Is there A/C in the rooms?

Yes, all rooms have A/C and fans

11. Do you provide housekeeping service?

Yes, for stays longer than 2 nights the houskeepers clean the rooms every 2 days. However, guests have to clean their own dirty dishes, if you wish the houskeepers to do this as well, a $15 USD or 300 MXN fee applies.

For 2 night- stays you can request the cleaning of your room subject to availability

12. Do you have security on site?

Our hotel is located on a very safe and centric area in Sayulita, we have staff taking care of the place during the day, as well as security cameras, during night after 10:00 pm we do have a night guard, we can assure you our place is very quiet and safe for a pleasant stay

13.Do you charge a damage deposit?

We do not, however, any damaged caused to the property has to be paid. which includes but not limited to:

-lost/damaged/broken items, dirtiness that requires exhaustive cleaning or get rid of certain products due to hygiene messures such as: blood, vomit.

14. Is there a parking lot?

No, the hotel does not have a parking lot, guests can park their car in any spot they find nearby

15. Is your internet strong?

All bungalows have internet and it is stable wifi, however, if what you need is a strong connection to work remotely, it might not work as you expect. Please keep in mind that due to the location of sayulita the internet is not the best in the area and it might fail when it rains.

Important information

-Due to recent changes, we’ll contact you after you make a reservation to provide you valuable information prior to your arrival, , you will need this information to access the hotel and find your room

-Check in time it’s 3 pm and check out time it’s at 11 am

-For stays longer than 2 nights, the cleaning of your room will be every 2 days

-Please help us cleaning the dishes everytime you use them, our houskeepers will not wash them if you need your room to be cleaned, cleaning the dishes will have an extra charge.

-All bungalows have a key lockbox, we highly suggest our guest to leave the keys inside the box before leaving the property, missing the keys and replacing them will have an extra charge.

-The guest will have to pay for any damages caused to the property. Which could be but no limited to: Lost or broken items, stains of blood, vomit or other kind of stains that require deep cleaning to remove them.
